Vinita Michael LLC Shipping Policy

At Vinita Michael LLC, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Below are our shipping terms:

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

Shipping Categories

1. Ships in 24 Hours

   • Items marked as "Ships in 24 hrs" are dispatched from our workshop within 24 hours of the order being placed.
   • Delivery for these items will occur within 2 working days after dispatch.

2. Standard Shipping

   • For all other items, dispatch will occur within 5-7 working days from our workshop.
   • Delivery for these items will occur within 2 working days after dispatch.

Customs & Duties for International Orders

For orders that are being shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates, the customer may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer must assume additional charges for customs clearance, as Vinita Michael LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may total.

• Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
