Complimentary shipping on all orders within the UAE

Delivery timelines:

Ships in 24 hours: Delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch

Standard pieces: Dispatched within 5–7 working days, delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide to most countries. 

Orders are shipped via trusted international couriers such as FedEx and DHL

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on destination and customs clearance

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and courier service and are not included in the product price or shipping charges,unless explicitly stated otherwise. They are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier before delivery.

Please note that free shipping does not include import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.

Vinita Michael LLC ensures that all shipments are accurately declared and accompanied by the required shipping documentation to facilitate customs clearance. However, we cannot guarantee that shipments will be exempt from additional charges or delays arising from destination-country customs procedures.

Refunds for customs-related non-delivery: If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed or otherwise becomes undeliverable because the customer has failed to pay the required import charges or respond to the courier, no refund will be issued for the order. Any additional shipping, return or handling costs arising from such circumstances may also be the customer's responsibility, where applicable.

Order Processing

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Each jewellery piece may have a different production and dispatch timeline. If your order contains multiple pieces with different production timelines, the entire order will be dispatched together once all pieces are ready.

We kindly request that you review the production and shipping information provided on each product page before placing your order, particularly when purchasing multiple pieces.
