Returns

We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product you receive is damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Us Promptly

   • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged merchandise.
   • Provide a clear picture of the damaged area and proof of the receipt date.

2. Shipping Costs

   • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit issued to you:
     • AED 25 for returns within the UAE
     • AED 100 for international returns

3. Return Process

   • Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged merchandise, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item, minus the applicable shipping cost.
